(Saint John, NB) The UNB Saint John Seawolves faced off against the St. Thomas Tommies today in a challenging match marked by strong defensive play and disciplined effort on both sides.
St. Thomas struck first midway through the second half when Nana Osei Bonsu converted a play assisted by Aidan Lavery in the 55th minute. They added another goal in the 65th minute, with Jovahn Garrity-Anderson finishing off a team effort to make it 2–0. Despite trailing, the Seawolves maintained pressure throughout the match, creating multiple scoring opportunities, including shots from Joseph Napier-Ford, Luke Antoniello, John Suh, and Abdurahman Gadoura, all expertly saved by St. Thomas goalkeeper Ahmed Hossana.
